MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />March 28, 1990 <br />KOHLER <br />MATERNITY <br />LEAVE <br />SOIL BORINGS <br />FOR FIRE <br />DEPT. & CITY <br />CENTER <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90 -3 -143 - APPROVING THE CLASSIFICATION <br />OF LOTS 2, 3, AND 4, BLOCK 7, NORTH HEIGHTS AS <br />NON - CONSERVATION AND REQUESTING ACQUISITION BY THE CITY <br />OF LITTLE CANADA FOR PONDING AND DRAINAGE PURPOSES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Blesener, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90 -3 -144 - APPROVING THE CLASSIFICATION <br />OF LOTS 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, BLOCK 5, LOTS 6, 7, 8, <br />9, 10, BLOCK 9, NORTH HEIGHTS AS NON - CONVERSATION AND <br />REQUESTING THAT THE COUNTY PROCEED WITH THE SALE OF <br />THIS PROPERTY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Council reviewed the request for maternity leave <br />submitted by Dawn Kohler for the time period February <br />7, 1990 through May 7, 1990. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90 -3 -145 - APPROVING MATERNITY LEAVE FOR <br />DAWN KOHLER FOR THE TIME PERIOD FEBRUARY 7, 1990 <br />THROUGH MAY 7, 1990 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Blesener, Fahey, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Council reviewed the City Administrator's letter dated <br />March 23, 1990 outlining proposals to conduct soil <br />borings for the Fire Department and City Center sites. <br />Council discussed the issue of limited liability <br />Page 12 <br />Page 16 <br />
