<br /> 2601-7 <br />stop, warning, or petty misdemeanor. <br /> <br />2. Each separate violation constitutes a separate offense. <br /> <br />3. Nothing in this section limits the City's authority to revoke permits, remove individuals <br />from park property, recover damages to park property, or pursue other remedies authorized <br />by law. <br /> <br /> <br />2601.075. TOBACCO AND CANNABIS. Reference City Code Chapter 1209 Tobacco <br />and Cannabis Use on Public Property. <br /> <br />2601.080. PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION. Any person violating any of the <br />provisions of this chapter are subject to a documented verbal warning, may be excluded from the <br />use of the park, playground or recreational facility at the discretion of a law enforcement <br />officer or City employee or as outlined in accordance with Chapter 3301 Administrative <br />Enforcement of City Code Violations Subd. 3301.030-3301.050. <br /> <br />2601.090. REPEAL. This Ordinance, upon promulgation, repeals all pre-existing <br />regulations in force, except that such regulations shall be deemed to be in force for the purpose of <br />perfecting any right vested, accrued or arising therefrom. <br /> <br />2601.100. SEPARABILITY.
