JAN -10 -1996 16:23 FROM SWEENEY BORER & OSTROIJ TO LITTLE CANADA <br />P.05 <br />6. HOLIDAYS. The City will provide to Tangen the same standard <br />holidays as enjoyed by other employees as set forth in Little <br />Canada's Personnel Policy under Section 13. <br />7. INSURANCE. The City will pay the cost of hospital and <br />medical insurance for Tangen and dependents in the same manner <br />provided for other employees pursuant to Section 12 of the City's <br />Personnel Policy. Tangen may also participate in the "Opt -Out" <br />program as provided for in the City's Personnel Policy, pursuant <br />to Section 12, on the same basis as other employees. The City <br />will provide Tangen the same group life insurance coverage that <br />is provided to all other City employees through Public Employees <br />Retirement Association. The City further agrees to provide <br />Tangen with long -term disability coverage effective February 1, <br />1996, in a manner consistent with other employees. The cost of <br />long -term disability coverage is Tangents responsibility. <br />8. DUES ANg SUB$SJIPTIONS, The City will budget and pay the <br />professional dues and subscriptions for Tangen which are <br />necessary for his continued participation in national, regional, <br />state and local associations necessary and desirable for his <br />continued professional participation, growth and advancement and <br />for the good of the City. Enrollment in these organizations <br />shall be reviewed and approved by the City Administrator. <br />3 <br />Page 6 <br />
