FROM : WRDNRIS HEIGHTS FIRE DEPT <br />JUN.19.1996 10:38RM P 3 <br />PHONE NO. : 4901367 <br />for sale at retail any cigarettes, cigarette paper or cigarette <br />wrappers without Eirst obtaining a license therefor and paying <br />the license fee in accordance with chapter 90. <br />92.030. Duration of License. The cigarette license as <br />provided for herein shall run tor a period of one (1) calendar <br />year commencing January 1 of each year. <br />92.040. License for one Location Only. A license shall <br />permit the licensee to sell cigarettes, cigarette paper or <br />cigarette wrappers at retail at the one location specified in <br />said license, and a separate license shall be required for each <br />location. <br />92.050. Cigarette Vending Machine License. Where <br />cigarettes are sold from a vending machine, the person owning or <br />controlling the premises shall obtain the license under this <br />chapter. <br />(Source: Ord. 3.) <br />93. Drive -In Restaurants <br />93.010. Definition. A drive -in restaurant for the purpose <br />of this chapter shall mean any business where an essential <br />element thereof is the driving of a vehicle onto the business <br />premises for the purpose of being served foodstuffs for <br />consumption in the vehicle. <br />93.020. License Required. No person shall operate a <br />drive -in restaurant business within the City without first having <br />obtained a license therefor and paying the license fee in <br />accordance with chapter 90. <br />93.030. Information in Application. The application for <br />such license shall state the nature of the foodstuffs which the <br />applicant proposes to sell. <br />93.040. Investigation. The Council shall make such <br />investigation as it may deem necessary to determine whether the <br />operation of said business will interfere with traffic, whether <br />it will interfere with the quiet enjoyment of the property of <br />surrounding property owners, whether it will create an <br />unhealthful situation by reason of the discarding of refuse by <br />the purchasers, and investigation into such other matters as the <br />Council shall deem necessary. <br />93.050. License Additional. The license herein provided <br />for 'shall be in addition to all other licenses required of the <br />City Code. <br />94. Gasoline Stations <br />94.010. License Required.
