Hanson, City Administrator <br />RE: Appraisals of Rice Street /Little Canada Road Redevelopment <br />Properties <br />The review appraiser has informed me that he will be issuing a <br />satisfactory report on the Rice Street /Little Canada Road <br />redevelopment properties. Once the written document is received, <br />I will put together the summary information for your <br />consideration at Wednesday's meeting. <br />The process the Council needs to follow is to approve the <br />appraisals. These amounts will then serve as the offer of just <br />compensation for each respective parcel. The Council may want <br />its sub - committee to present these offers to each affected <br />property owner. <br />Page 20 <br />
