Page 4 <br />Planning Commission <br />May 9, 1985 <br />Zoch <br />(cont.) <br />Lee <br />Preliminary <br />Plat <br />Mr. DeLonais made the following motion: <br />Rezoning of the Zoch property as follows: <br />North 60 feet - Light- Industrial <br />South 97.17 feet - R -1 <br />Everything in between will be rezoned to B -3 subject to <br />a survey. <br />West finger consisting of 270 foot depth and 132 foot width <br />also to be light industrial. <br />Mrs. Kingsbury seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried 8 -0. <br />The Planning Commission was not notified regarding the application <br />submitted by the Zochs requesting a special use permit. <br />Mrs. Timmons made the following motion: <br />Sending the special use permit through the Council <br />for action without any recommendation. <br />Mr. Herkenhoff seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried 8 -7,0: <br />Mrs. Timmons made the following motion: <br />Recommending the Larry Lee plat as submitted with <br />the changes in the zoning that they recommended on <br />the Zoch property. <br />Mr. Costa seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried 8 -0. <br />Section 5 The City Council has put a moratorium on the Industrial Area of <br />Industrial Section 5. A text amendment has,been submitted establishing <br />Park Section 5 as an Industrial Park Area. The purpose of the I -P <br />District is to provide for the establishment of warehousing and <br />limited industrial activities. High standards of building qual- <br />ity and site design shall be priorities in this district. <br />The Commission discussed the permitted uses in this area and <br />the building construction requirements. <br />v V e <br />
