McCulloch <br />Harstad <br />(Cont.) <br />Mr. Davison made the following motion: <br />Approving the McCulloch- Harstad Conditional <br />Use Permit for a PUD on Rice Street providing <br />the owners agree to the recommendations sited <br />by the Planner, and that the proposed buildings <br />meet the setback on the land survey. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. French. <br />Motion carried 8 -0. <br />Kath Mr. Frank Kath appeared before the Planning Commission requesting <br />Lot Split a simple lot split. He plans to split his property on Morrison <br />into three 100 foot lots. There are drainage easements on this <br />property. <br />Ryan <br />Lot Split <br />Mrs. Timmons questioned why this did not go to the Planner. She <br />does not look at this as a simple lot split. <br />The Planner stated that if the City approved a lot split they place <br />a warrant that it is a buildable piece of property. <br />Mr. DeBace, who was in the audience, mentioned that there is a <br />County culvert which keeps the land drained in that area. <br />Mr. Herkenhoff made the following motion: <br />Recommending to the City Council that they approve <br />the subdivision, providing the topog be put on <br />the City Council's agenda, and the fill permit <br />process takes into account adequate drainage in <br />that area. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Davison. <br />Motion carried 6 -2. <br />Mrs. Kingsbury requested more direct information in the agenda <br />as to where property is located, such as streets and addresses. <br />Mr. Art Ryan addressed the Planning Commission explaining his <br />request for a lot split and annexation. <br />Mrs. Timmons made the following motion: <br />Recommending that Mr. Ryan's proposal be <br />accepted by the Council, and that the new <br />description of the land be as on the Certifi- <br />cate of Survey dated 3- 20 -85. <br />Motion was seconded by Mrs. Kingsbury. <br />Motion carried 8 -0. <br />Page -4- <br />
