MINUTES
Planning Commission
Feb. 14, 1985
Eddy & Neimy
Matter
Budget Auto
Mr. Ducharme recommended that the Eddy and Neimy matter be tabled as
there is no one present.
Motion seconded by Mr. DeLonais.
Motion carried 5 - 0.
Mr. Dick Fritz of Budget Auto appeared before the Commission. Mr.
Fritz reported that his application is old business
and the used car moratorium would, therefore, not apply in his case.
Mr. Fritz reported that he has applied for a conditional use permit
and has met with the Planner.
Mr. Grittman explained that he has not prepared a report on this
matter as he believed it to be tabled under the moratorium. Fritz
also claimed that there have always been cars displayed in the green
area.
The Planner stated that Mr. Murphy was cited a couple of times for
having more than 15 cars on the property.
Mr. Fritz stated that he planned to add some crushed rock to the
property and have a display row of cars along the driveway, but
they would not be in the right -of -way.
Mr. DeLonais disagreed that there were cars parked in the green area
prior to Mr. Fritz renting the property.
Dr. Krinki, owner of the property, appeared before the Commission.
Dr. Krinki stated that he is the one that originally limited Mr.
Murphy, the previous renter, to 15 cars.
