MIN'TES <br />City Council <br />July 10, 1985 <br />Frattalone <br />Property <br />(Cont.) <br />people want the ordinances enforced. <br />Mrs. Scalze commented that the Council cannot treat people differently. <br />Mr. Frattalone stated that if rules and ordinances were followed to <br />the letter, there would be no need for Councils or Planning Commissions. <br />Frattalone felt that every situation was different and that the Council <br />should look at each situation before making a decision. <br />Mr. Fahey asked if this business could apply for a conditional use <br />permit. If a permit is not allowed, then it would require a rezoning <br />and Fahey informed Mr. Frattalone that he did not think a rezoning <br />would be approved. Fahey suggested that the Code be checked. <br />Mr. Blesener suggested that Mr. Frattalone sit down with the Building <br />Inspector. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85 -7 -333 — GRANTING FRANK <br />FRATTALONE AN ADDITIONAL 30 DAYS TO CLEAN <br />UP HIS COUNTY ROAD C PROPERTY IN VIEW OF <br />THE PROGRESS THAT HAS BEEN MADE WITH FINAL <br />APPROVAL OF THE CLEAN UP TO BE MADE BY THE <br />BUILDING INSPECTOR WITH A REPORT TO THE COUNCIL <br />AND THE FINAL CLEAN UP SHOULD INCLUDE JUNK CARS, <br />CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT AS REFERENCED IN THE <br />BUILDING INSPECTOR'S MEMO OF JULY 9 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Nardini. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 338. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85 -7 -334 — ALLOWING THE <br />BUSINESSES RENTING THE FRATTALONE PROPERTY <br />ON COUNTY ROAD C TO REMAIN UNTIL MAY 1, 1986 <br />OR UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THEY MIGHT MOVE OUT <br />EARLIER AND WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED WITH A <br />CONFORMING USE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, Scalze, Nardini, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 339. <br />Page —9— <br />z( <br />
