One has
gone through the CUP process, and it is anticipated that Che other three
will soon. The Administrator reported thaC he met with Lee Rossow
relative to his request for amended CUP's for outdoor storage on three of
his properties. Mr. Rossow was informed that the Council is not likely to
get too liberal with outdoor storage given the continuing problems that the
City has with this storage. Whatever flexibility that may be granted will
have to also provide adequate City control over outdoor storage. Mr.
Rossow will be meeting with the City Planner prior to the August 23"~
Council meeting. The Administrator indicated that Mr. Rossow would
like to eventually redevelop his larger parcel with two buildings. Given
the configuration of the property as well as an existing pipeline easements,
Rossow feels that a smaller building would work near the street and a
larger building in Che back of the properCy. A PUD zoning would be
required Co allow Cwo principle structures on one loC. Mr. Rossow had also
indicated that Tri-State Bobcat is interested in another parcel he owns and
will likely come in in September to process a CUP for that siCe.
Existing CUP's -The Code Enforcement Officer has indicated that she
will begin working on reviewing past CUP's to ensure continued
compliance.
Frattalone Property -The Administrator reported in reviewing the
Frattalone property for compliance, the existence of 6 or 7 motorhomes on
the Rice Street site was discovered.
