MIP!UTES <br />Planning Commission <br />June 12, 1986 <br />Rusch <br />House <br />Relocation <br />(Cont.) <br />Economic <br />Development <br />Districts <br />Mrs. Leola Elledge, 2733 Lakeshore Avenue, also disputed the size <br />of Mr. Rusch's property. <br />Mrs. Timmons suggested that the adjacent property owners either <br />contact a lawyer in this regard or have their property surveyed <br />so that the location of their lot lines could he determined. <br />Mrs. Elledge reported that she bought 20 feet of property from <br />Mr. Rusch and she disputed where he claims the property line is. <br />Timmons again suggested that the property he surveyed or Mrs. <br />Elledge contact her attorney. <br />Mrs. Timmons also pointed out that Mr. Rusch will not be able to <br />move the house on the property unless he has a correct survey <br />of the lot. <br />Mrs. Timmons pointed out that the neighbors do not seem to be <br />'opposed to the house being moved on the property, but just have <br />a dispute over property line location. <br />Mrs. LaRore reported that she has a driveway easement over the <br />Rusch property and asked if the location of the house on the <br />lot would effect her use of this easement. <br />Mr. Rusch reported that Mrs. LaRore has a 10 foot driveway easement <br />on his property and this would he maintained. <br />Timmons assured LaRore that she would have use of the easement. <br />Mr. DeLonais asked if Rusch would build up to the easement. <br />Mr. Rusch replied that he will meet City Codes. <br />Mr. Costa recommended approval of the conditional use permit <br />requested by Fred Rusch in order to relocate a house on his <br />property on Lakeshore Avenue subject to the square footage of <br />the horse being increased. <br />Motion was seconded by '9r. Perlinaer. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />Commission reviewed the Economic Development Districts proposed <br />with regard to Tax Increment Financing. <br />Timmons felt that a lot of time and study has none into the <br />proposal and did not feel she had the expertise to recommended <br />any changes or modifications. <br />Parse -2- <br />4 <br />
