4. Lack of Not e
Since we were not notified of the agenda prior to the July
23rd Council meeting, we were not given the chance to prepare
a presentation before the council to give them our perspec-
tive of the situation. Because of this, I feel the council
vote to order Frank Frattalone to terminate our lease denied
us due process.
Therefore, I would like to ask the city council to reconsider
its decision to have Prescription Landscape leave the
premises by October 1, 1988. I would be willing to have our
operation inspected by the Building Inspection Department,
any concerned neighborhood residents, city council members or
consultants to see that it is compatible with the zoning
requirements for the site. I would also like to at least be
able to complete the term of my lease which expires at the
end of February 1986.
Please call me to discuss this situation.
ncere4
olin O'Neill
Owner- Treasurer
Prescription Landscape, Inc.
644 -6914
867 -4184
cc:
Council Member Blesener
Council Member Collova
Council Member Fahey
Council Member Nardini
Council Member Scalze
Frank Frattalone
a
