CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TEXT AMENDMENT <br />Notice is hereby given that the Little Canada City Council will hold a <br />Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 24, 1986 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon <br />thereafter as parties may be heard to consider the following text <br />amendment. This hearing will be held at the City Hall located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road, <br />ORDINANCE NO. 27 S. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LITTLE CANADA ZONING ORDINANCE SECTION 903.110 <br />RELATING TO PROHIBITED SIGNS AND ROOF SIGNS. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Municipal Code of Little Canada, Section 903.110 is <br />hereby amended to read: <br />903.110.B.2.h. Roof Signs erected after the effective date of this <br />Ordinance. <br />Section 2. The Municipal Code of Little Canada, Section 903.110 is <br />hereby amended by adding the following: <br />903.110.E.5.d. Roof Signs. Roof signs established prior to the <br />effective date of this ordinance shall be considered conforming signs <br />in these districts if they comply with the following provisions: <br />(1) The City Building Official conducts an inspection of the sign and <br />finds it and any sign structure to be in good condition and not <br />to be endangering the public health, safety, and general welfare. <br />(2) All signs on the subject site meet the general provisions, <br />restrictions and performance standards of this ordinance as <br />listed in Section 903.110. <br />(3) For the purposes of this ordinance, roof signs shall be <br />considered freestanding signs, and shall be evaluated against the <br />performance standards for such signs. <br />Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from its <br />date of passage and publication. <br />All those desiring to be heard with reference to this matter will be heard <br />during this hearing. / /' <br />Joseph G.
