MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 23, 2006 <br />The impact to 3175 Ryan Lane will resulC in storage for paving equipment, <br />construction equipment, and 75 recappable tires on rims. <br />Rossow indicated Chat he was comfortable with the impacC resulting from <br />removal of the terms "bus" and "bus related spare parts" from Che CUPS <br />for outdoor storage at 194/196 Ryan Lane and 3175 Ryan Lane. <br />There was no one else present from the general public wishing to <br />comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Keis, seconded by Allan, the public hearing was closed. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-S-I90 -DENYING THE AMENDMENT TO <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR 3164 RYAN LANE REQUESTED <br />BY MR. LEE ROSSOW GIVEN THE COUNCIL'S POSITION THAT <br />A FLEXIBLE OPENAND OUTDOOR STORAGE CUP WOULD <br />HAVE A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON THE PROPERTY IN QUESTION <br />AND SET A LESS THAN POSITIVE PRECEDENT IN THE RYAN <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK AREA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-8-191-APPROVING THE AMENDMENTS <br />TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS FOR l94/I96 RYAN LANE AND <br />3775 RYAN LANE REMOVING THE REFERENCE TO `BUS' AND <br />`BUS RELATED SPARE PARTS' FROM THESE CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMITS WITH ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS AND <br />CONDITIONS TO REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR THESE CUP'S <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COMMERCIAL Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider an Amendment to the <br />VEHICLES Zoning Code relative to the outdoor storage of vehicles and the parking of <br />commercial vehicles. It was noted that the Planning Commission has <br />recommended approval of the amendment as proposed. <br />
