Little Canada Planning Commission <br />12 November 1986 <br />Page Two <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />It is our recommendation that the conditional use permit be approved to allow a <br />telephone transmission facility in excess of the height requirements, subject to <br />the following requirements: <br />• Planned Unit Development or property division is properly processed to allow <br />the additional principal use.
