MINUTES <br />Planning Commission <br />Dec. 11, 1986 <br />Cellular <br />One (Cont.) <br />also noted that the item is not even on the agenda. <br />DeLonais asked how the Commission could approve something when it <br />does not know the final result. <br />The Planner pointed out that the Donovan buildings are shown on the <br />site plan. <br />Timmons stated that she agreed with the concept, but pointed out <br />that the Commission just tabled an item earlier in the meeting, and <br />asked why this natter should not be tabled as well <br />The Planner replied that there are not the sane adrinistrative processing <br />concerns present in this proposal as there were in the previous one. <br />Oxley felt that it was just a typographical error that the item was <br />not on the agenda. <br />DeLonais suggested that the Commission act on preliminary approval <br />of the request so that the natter will cone back to the Commission. <br />Tinnons agreed. <br />'"r. Costa asked how long before the road issue could be resolved. <br />The Planner replied that he not the impression that it could be <br />resolved at the December 23 meeting with the exception of acquiring <br />easements and right -of -way. <br />Davison felt the location of this oroposed tower was a good one. <br />Timmons felt there were too many unresolved questions and felt the <br />natter would be better acted upon at the January 3 Connissinn meeting. <br />Davison asked if the Commission has any nuestions on the lay -out of <br />the site. <br />Costa stated that he would like to see how the proposal lies in relation <br />to the Donovan buildings. <br />Spannus pointed out that if the matter is acted upon at the January <br />Commission meeting, then it will have to no to the Council after <br />that. <br />Timmons did not feel a delay of 60 days was uncommon for a proposal <br />of this size. <br />Davison sunrested that if anyone has any problems with the site <br />or questions, they should he brought up now to give Cellular One <br />an opportunity to respond. <br />Timmons felt there were no problems with the use, but stated that <br />she did not know what her concerns night be as there were so many <br />unresolved issues to he taken care of. <br />:Pane -7- <br />
