MINUTES <br />Planning Commission <br />Dec. 11, 1986 <br />Hardy <br />CUP (Cont.) <br />Krejci <br />CUP to <br />Amend PUO <br />Cellular <br />One Text <br />Amendment <br />P. <br />Development <br />?enuest <br />Davison stated that he would like to know how many cars will he <br />parked outside at a given time and how retail sales will be restricted. <br />The Planner suggested that the permit could he restricted to inside <br />sales. <br />'`r. Herkenhoff recommended that the Tom Hardy request for conditional <br />use permit for used car sales license be tabled pending further <br />review by the City Planner. <br />Motion seconded by rrr. De! onais <br />otion carried 6 - 0. <br />Mr. Tom Krejci D /8 /A 0 R J Properties appeared before the Commission <br />requesting a conditional use permit to amend the PUD Agreement on his <br />property located at 433 Little Canada Road. Fir. Krejci reported that <br />he would like to guild a 2,400 square foot addition to the existing <br />building. The addition would be similar to the existing building and <br />new windows would he installed in the entire building. <br />Mr. Costa asked if parking would be adequate. <br />"r. Krejci replied that the parking lot is more than adequate for <br />the building. <br />Timmons asked if the addition would he sprinklered. <br />Krejci replied that the addition will be sprinklered as is the <br />existing building. Krejci also reported that he is willing to <br />comply with the Planner's recommendations. <br />rSr. DeLonais recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit <br />to amend the Planned Unit Development Agreement as requested by <br />Mr. Tom Krejci subject to compliance with the recommendations <br />contained in the Planner's report dated December 8, 1986. <br />otion seconded by !lr.
