IV. Information to be supplied: When the application for a request is filed <br />and fee paid, it must be accompanied by twenty (20) copies of written <br />and graphic materials which describe in detail the proposed project or <br />change. Failure to supply this information will result in non - acceptance of <br />the application and filing fee, or result in extra charges being paid by the <br />applicant. <br />It is emphasized that the applicant review in detail the appropriate <br />governing sections of the City's zoning and subdivision regulations to <br />insure that there is a clear understanding of informational requirements <br />and needs. Providing all required information will serve to expedite the <br />review and decision - making process. <br />V. Meeting Attendance: The applicant or his designated representative should <br />be present at all meetings at which his request is being discussed. Additionally, <br />the applicant may be required to respond to questions or supply additional <br />information as identified by the City staff and technical advisors. <br />VI. Post Decision Requirements: If approval of the request by the City Council <br />is granted, an application for certificate of occupancy must be filed with <br />the Municipal Inspector and a performance bond if required must be posted <br />with the City Clerk prior to the granting of permits and initiation of any <br />improvements. <br />VII. Time Schedule and Review Process: For an indication of time schedules and <br />requirements, in addition to the steps to be followed, the applicant should <br />consult the attached pages which pertain to his type of request. It is <br />emphasized that the application deadlines are strictly enforced. <br />14 <br />
