MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 8, 2006 <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Montour, seconded by Keis, the public hearing on the <br />Conditional Use Permit for garage space was closed. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-2-29 -APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT ALLOWING TWO ATTACHED GARAGES <br />CONSISTING OF 1,490 SQUARE FEET FOR 2580 EDGERTON <br />STREET, MATT AND STEPHANIE GALBA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
