MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 8, 2006 <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Montour, seconded by Keis, the public hearing on the <br />Conditional Use Permit for garage space was closed. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-2-29 -APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT ALLOWING TWO ATTACHED GARAGES <br />CONSISTING OF 1,490 SQUARE FEET FOR 2580 EDGERTON <br />STREET, MATT AND STEPHANIE GALBA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONSENT Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-2-30 -APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVING THE VOUCHERS; <br />*APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF GAMBLING LICENSE AND <br />PREMISES PERMIT FOR NORTH SUBURBAN YOUTH <br />FOUNDATION FOR OPERATION AT THE LITTLE CANADA <br />BINGO HALL FOR THE LICENSE PERIOD APRIL 1, 2006 <br />THROUGH MARCH 3l, 2008; <br />*APPROVING THE PAY REQUESTS FOR TWIN CITY HYDRO <br />SEEDING FOR 2005 IMPROVEMENTS AS RECOMMENDED BY <br />THE CITY ENGINEER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />FIRE TRUCK Don Smiley, Assistant Fire Chief, Little Canada Fire Department <br />CHANGE appeared before the Council requesting approval of a change order in <br />ORDER the amount of $4,664 covering the addition of stainless steel plumbing, <br />additional emergency lighting, reflective lettering, and striping as well as <br />14 <br />
