occupancy of the leasehold, other than by reasonable wear <br />and tear. <br />6. MAINTENANCE -The City shall be responsible for main- <br />tenance of the leased land and premises in good repair and <br />in a safe and not unsightly condition. <br />7. SUPERVISION- The City shall supply personnel as <br />necessary to supervise the leased land and premises when the <br />same are available for general public use. <br />c a8. UTILITIES -The City agrees .to promptly pay all costs <br />of electricity, gas, oil, sewer, water, and other utilities <br />s may be provided to such leased land and premises. <br />9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF PARTICIPATION -The City shall make <br />notice of the District's participation in providing the leased <br />land and premises on any and all signs or printed information <br />available to the public in a manner approved by the District. <br />10, NEW CONSTRUCTION -The location and construction by <br />the City, whether directly or indirectly, of any and all build- <br />ings, roadways, fencing, lighting standards or any other fixed <br />facilities or physical changes to the leased land and premises <br />that deviate from or are not included in Exhibit A are <br />subject to approval in advance by the District or its delegated <br />agent. <br />11. RIGHT OF ENTRY -The District, its officers, employees <br />and agents shall have the right to enter upon said leasehold <br />at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspectin; It or <br />watching its use and operation. Should the City fail to <br />maintain the leasehold in good repair as herein required, the <br />District may make any repairs in its judgment proper. <br />12. RESTORATION OF PREMISES. -Upon the expiration or <br />termination of this lease for any cause, the City is to re- <br />turn the property herein described to the District and the <br />City shall restore said premises to the condition existing <br />on the date hereof, ordinary wear and tear excepted, provided, <br />however, the City shall not be required to replace or relocate <br />any buildings, roadways, fencing, lighting standards or any <br />other fixed facilities or physical changes which were approved <br />by the District as provided herein. <br />
