The existing user charge ordinance is based on the number of <br />Residential Equivalent Connections (REC's) for each type of <br />user. <br />2. The average winter quarter reading from that portion of the <br />City served by municipal water was used to establish the gall- <br />onage per REC's at 70,000 gallons per year. <br />3. Businesses which are served by municipal water are charged on <br />the basis of the average winter quarter meter reading. <br />4. MWCC credits are not considered in determining the sewer use <br />charge. <br />B. Information for determining minimum charges <br />1.
