City Clerk <br />February 17, 1976 <br />Page 2 <br />The City Council of the City of Apple Valley has continually expressed its support <br />for this change in the local government aid.law and you are urged.to bring this <br />matter to the attention of your City Council via th_ sample resolution which is <br />enclosed. It seems, to Apple Valley, that this legislation can he classified as <br />nothing but fair and an improvement to the system.
