MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 13, 2006 <br />EASEMENT - utility easement is proposed to be vacated and new easements will be <br />FINKELSON dedicated on the new lot line. <br />There was no one presenC from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Montour, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO.2006-9-203 -APPROVING THE VACATION OF <br />CERTAIN DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS ON LOTS I <br />AND 3, BLOCK I, FINKELSON ESTATES (2612 AND 2620 SPRUCE <br />STREET) AS PROPOSED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />VACATION Mayor Blesener opened Che Public Hearing to consider the vacation of <br />OF DRAINAGE certain drainage and utility easements over LoC 1, Block 1, Little Canada <br />& UTILITY Mid Oaks. <br />EASEMENT - <br />LITTLE The City Administrator reported that Lot I, Block I, Little Canada Mid <br />CANADA Oaks has been platted as part of The Preserve plat, and the appropriate <br />MID OAKS drainage and utility easements have been dedicated as part of The <br /> Preserve. These new easements replace the easements proposed to be <br /> vacated this evening. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Montour, seconded by Allan, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-9-204 -APPROVING THE VACATION OF <br />CERTAIN DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS ON LOT 1, <br />BLOCK 1, LITTLE CANADA MID OAKS AS PROPOSED <br />
