The proposed use can be accommodated with existing public <br />services and will not overburden the City's service capacity. <br />907.110. LOT REQUIREMENTS AND SETBACKS. No structure shall exceed three (3) stories or thirty -six <br />(36) feet, whichever is least, except as provided herein." <br />Section 2.
