MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 27, 2006 <br />DESIGN Mr. Tom Kromroy, Advanced Masonry Restoration, appeared before <br />REVISION - the Council requesting a design revision for the outdoor storage area <br />2960 that was recently approved for his property. Kromroy noted that the <br />YORKTON City has required a 101'oot offset of the fence from the southeast corner <br />BLVD. - of the building. Kromroy noted that there is the potential for another <br />ADVANCED dock door in this immediate area, therefore, requested that the offset <br />MASONRY be changed to 5 feet. Kromroy presented a detailed landscape plan <br />RESTORATION showing the revised offset and an increase in landscaping to the west by <br /> 30 feet. <br />The Council reviewed the revised plan and felt that the additional <br />landscaping as an improvement to the property. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-9-229 -AMENDING THE CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT AND VARIANCE FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE AT 2960 <br />YORKTON BLVD., ADVANCED MASONRY RESTORATION, <br />ALLOWING A FIVE FOOT OFFSET FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE <br />AREA VERSUS THE TEN FEET PREVIOUSLY APPROVED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
