MINUTES CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 27, 2006 DESIGN Mr. Tom Kromroy, Advanced Masonry Restoration, appeared before REVISION - the Council requesting a design revision for the outdoor storage area 2960 that was recently approved for his property. Kromroy noted that the YORKTON City has required a 101'oot offset of the fence from the southeast corner BLVD. - of the building. Kromroy noted that there is the potential for another ADVANCED dock door in this immediate area, therefore, requested that the offset MASONRY be changed to 5 feet. Kromroy presented a detailed landscape plan RESTORATION showing the revised offset and an increase in landscaping to the west by 30 feet. The Council reviewed the revised plan and felt that the additional landscaping as an improvement to the property. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2006-9-229 -AMENDING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND VARIANCE FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE AT 2960 YORKTON BLVD., ADVANCED MASONRY RESTORATION, ALLOWING A FIVE FOOT OFFSET FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE AREA VERSUS THE TEN FEET PREVIOUSLY APPROVED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CONSENT Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: AGENDA RESOLUTION NO.2006-9-230 -APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: *APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS; *CONTINUATION OF ZONING CODE REVIEW WORKSHOP TO MONDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2006, AT 4:30 P.M.; *AMENDING THE DECEMBER COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE TO HOLD ONE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON DECEMBER 20, 2006 AT 7:30 P.M., AND RESCHEDULING THE PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF THE 2007 BUDGET TO DECEMBER 20, 2006 AT 7:30 P.M.; *CALL FOR A WORKSHOP MEETING TO REVIEW THE PROPOSED 2007 BUDGET FOR WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2006, AT 6:00 P.M. 20
