MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 27, 2006 <br />Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-9-219 - APPROVING A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR OPEN AND OUTDOOR STORAGE AS AN <br />ACCESSORY USE AND A VARIANCE ALLOWING OPEN AND <br />OUTDOOR STORAGE IN THE SIDE YARD OF THE PROPERTYAT <br />370 COUNTY ROAD D EAST AS REQUESTED BY MR. BOB <br />MURRAY SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AND THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PRELIMINARY Mayor Blesener noted that the Planning Commission has tabled action <br />PLAT - on the proposed Preliminary Plat of Canadian Woods until Cheir October <br />CANADIAN ]2, 2006 meeting. Mr. Johnson, Che applicanC, has signed the appropriate <br />WOODS 60-day waiver form. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO.2006-9-220 -CONTINUING THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING AND TABLING ACTION ON THE PROPOSED <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR CANADIAN WOODS UNTIL THE <br />OCTOBER 25, 2006 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />REVOCATION Mayor Blesener opened the continuation of Public Hearing to <br />OF CUPS AND consider the revocation of Conditional Use Permits for property located <br />NON-RENEWAL at 3161-3167 Spruce Street, Fred Sedaghat, Valor Enterprises. It was <br />OF LICENSES - noted that the Planning Commission and the City Planner have <br />VALOR recommended the revocation of the Conditional Use Permits. <br />ENTERPRISES <br />Blesener noted that [here has been a code enforcement problem on the <br />Valor Enterprises property ever since the Conditional Use Permits were <br />issued in 1999. He noted that the CUP limits Che number of repairable <br />vehicles on the property to 20 and the number of vehicles for sale to 30. <br />Blesener noted that over the past four years that he has been on the <br />Council, the code enforcement issues at Valor Enterprises have been <br />
