Minnesota Cable Communications Board
November 5, 1979
Page Two
In our estimation, the proposed CST would not have an adverse
impact upon the Cities of Hilltop and Columbia Heights. There-
fore, our review of the proposal was not negative. The concen-
sus of the Advisory Committee was that each community included
within the proposed CST should express their concerns; and,
these statements should become the basis .upon which the Minne-
sota Cable Communications Board renders its decision. Although
our committee may have been somewhat ambivalent in terms of its
review of the specific CST, the members felt the necessity of
expressing our concerns regarding the above items.
We trust that the statements contained in this letter will be
of some assistance to the Minnesota Cable Communications Board.
If you have any additional questions or require further comment,
please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Robert S.
