Adoption of State Motor Vehicle Noise Limits, <br />Minnesota Highway Traffic Regulations 169.69 (Mufflers) and 169.693 <br />(Motor Vehicle Noise Limits) and Minnesota Pollution Control Agency NPC 4 <br />(Motor Vehicle Noise Limits - 1977) are adopted and incorporated by <br />reference. <br />000.030. Snowmobiles. <br />Any snowmobile operated or driven anywhere within the City shall comply <br />with noise standards set by the State of Minnesota. <br />000.031. Adoption of State Snowmobile Noise Limits. <br />Minnesota Snowmobile Rules and Regulations Chapter Five: Natural <br />Resources 57subd.
