CHLEBECK, Clerk <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minn. 55117 <br />484 -2177 <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />DUMP BODY <br />BID CLOSES <br />MAY 12, 1987 <br />Notice is hereby given that bids will be received, opened <br />and read aloud in the Council Chambers of the City of <br />Little Canada located at 515 Little Canada Road on the 12th <br />day of May, 1987 at 11:00 a.m. for: <br />One (1) dump body to be installed on a 1987 10,500 GVW GMC <br />truck. <br />Proposal forms as prepared by the City of Little Canada may <br />be obtained at the City Center, 515 Little Canada Road, <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117, 484 -2177. <br />A Bona Fide Bidder is one who actually signs and submits a <br />bid. All bids must be on proposal forms furnished by the <br />City and shall be accompanied by a certified check or <br />bidders bond in the amount of five percent (5 %) of the <br />amount of the bid which shall be forfeited in the event <br />that the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract. <br />The City Council reserves the right to retain the deposit <br />of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed <br />thirty days after the date of opening the bids. Bids shall <br />be directed to the City Clerk, securely sealed and endorsed <br />upon the outside wrapper a brief statement for which the <br />bid is made. <br />The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all <br />bids and waive irregularities and informalities therein and <br />further reserves the right to award the contract in the <br />best interest of the City. <br />G <br />Joseph G.
