That the area and location including exterior, <br />outside space devoted to nonautomobile merchandise <br />sales shall be specified and any expansion of the <br />space or change in location without an amendment <br />to the permit shall constitute grounds for revocation <br />of the permit, after a hearing before the City <br />Council. <br />6. The hours of operation shall be limited to six <br />(6) o'clock a.m. to twelve (12) o'clock p.m., unless <br />extended by the City Council <br />7. Each light standard landscaped. <br />8. Parking or car magazine storage space shall be <br />screened from view of abutting residential districts <br />in compliance with Section 903.020,G. <br />9. Vehicular access points shall create a minimum` <br />of conflict with through traffic movement, shall <br />comply with Section 903.050 of this Ordinance and <br />shall be subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br />10. Adequate off- street loading space shall be provided <br />for semi - trailer truck transports which does not <br />conflict with internal or external site circulation. <br />Compliance with Section 903.060 is required. <br />11. The number of parking stalls shall be determined <br />according to the standards imposed upon retail <br />and service establishments and be in compliance <br />with Section 903.050 of this Ordinance, plus other <br />provisions as may be applicable. <br />12. An internal site pedestrian circulation system <br />shall be defined and appropriate provisions made <br />to protect such areas from encroachments by parked <br />cars or moving vehicles. <br />3. All signing and informational or visual communication <br />devices shall be minimized and shall be in compliance <br />with Section 903.110 of this Ordinance. A signing <br />plan shall be submitted and shall be processed <br />in conjunction with the application for conditional <br />use permit. <br />14. Provisions as determined as necessary by the City <br />Council are made to control and reduce noise. <br />Page 61 <br />
