MINUTES <br />City Council <br />May 28, 1986 <br />Thunder Bay <br />2nd Addition <br />(Cont.) <br />Mr. Fahey suggested that if the road does go through to Lahore, <br />that the road be centered between the 'Wright and Valento homes. <br />Mr. Peterson, Payne Avenue, complained about the noise in the <br />area from construction equipment and the hours of operation of <br />this equipment. <br />Mr. Frank Frattalone apologized and agreed that there were a few <br />instances when equipment was being operated early in the morning <br />or late at night. Frattalone stated that he would see this does <br />not happen again. <br />Mrs. Sack reported that the soil conditions in their area are <br />poor and that there is standing water all the tine. Sack brought <br />this up in relation to the location of the pond. <br />Fahey replied that the City Engineer will review the matter and <br />determine the best location of the pond. <br />Blesener also pointed out that the pond could he located on the <br />NSP easement property. <br />Frank Frattalone reported that Thunder Bay Addition gave property <br />on the west side of the street. Frattalone felt that this would <br />be a good location for the pond. <br />There was no one else from the audience wishing to comment on Thunder <br />Bay 2nd Addition. <br />Mr. Collova introudced the following resolution and moved its <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86 -5 -211 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON THE THUNDER BAY 2HD ADDITION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Its. Hardini. <br />Ayes (5) Collova, Nardini, Fahey, Scalze, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Rook Ho. 15, Page 208. <br />adoption: <br />Scalze questioned if there would be any more public hearings held <br />on this plat. <br />Fahey replied that there would be another public hearing when the <br />preliminary plat is considered. <br />Mr. Blesener stated that he feels there needs to be access to <br />Lahore Road on the south in order to keep additional traffic <br />Page 95 <br />
