MINUTES City Council May 28, 1986 Thunder Bay 2nd Addition (Cont.) Mr. Fahey suggested that if the road does go through to Lahore, that the road be centered between the 'Wright and Valento homes. Mr. Peterson, Payne Avenue, complained about the noise in the area from construction equipment and the hours of operation of this equipment. Mr. Frank Frattalone apologized and agreed that there were a few instances when equipment was being operated early in the morning or late at night. Frattalone stated that he would see this does not happen again. Mrs. Sack reported that the soil conditions in their area are poor and that there is standing water all the tine. Sack brought this up in relation to the location of the pond. Fahey replied that the City Engineer will review the matter and determine the best location of the pond. Blesener also pointed out that the pond could he located on the NSP easement property. Frank Frattalone reported that Thunder Bay Addition gave property on the west side of the street. Frattalone felt that this would be a good location for the pond. There was no one else from the audience wishing to comment on Thunder Bay 2nd Addition. Mr. Collova introudced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 86 -5 -211 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE THUNDER BAY 2HD ADDITION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Its. Hardini. Ayes (5) Collova, Nardini, Fahey, Scalze, Blesener. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Rook Ho. 15, Page 208. adoption: Scalze questioned if there would be any more public hearings held on this plat. Fahey replied that there would be another public hearing when the preliminary plat is considered. Mr. Blesener stated that he feels there needs to be access to Lahore Road on the south in order to keep additional traffic Page 95
