Res. 87 -69 <br />Page Two <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Shoreview City <br />Council recommends that a headquarters library facility be <br />located within or close to a centralized area in north suburban <br />Ramsey County defined by Lexington Avenue, Rice Street, I -694, <br />and Highway 96 in order to more centrally locate the headquarters <br />library in the northern Ramsey County area for now and the <br />future. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Weyandt and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All members <br />present, <br />And the following members voted against the same: NONE. <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted this 27th day of July, 1987. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br />CITY OF SHOREVIEW ) <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Manager of <br />the City of Shoreview of Ramsey County, Minnesota, do hereby <br />certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing <br />extract of minutes of a meeting of said City Council held on the <br />27th day of July, 1987, with the original thereof on file in my <br />office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript <br />therefrom insofar as the same relates to recommending that <br />a new headquarters library be located in a central area in the <br />north suburban part of Ramsey County. <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such Manager and the <br />corporate seal of the City of Shoreview, Minnesota, this 28th day <br />of July, 1987. <br />SEAL <br />Page 124 <br />City Mana16er <br />
