MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 24, 2013 <br />application included some prospective uses in that he wanted to avoid <br />coming back to the City for a CUP for a possible future use. Blesener <br />noted that once a CUP is approved, if the use is discontinued for a year, <br />the CUP for that use would lapse. The City Planner indicated that Over - <br />The -Road Trucking was an allowed use; the issue is that associated <br />outdoor storage would require a CUP. The Planner noted that as long as a <br />use is a permitted use in the 1 -1 District, that use would be eligible for <br />outdoor storage under a CUP <br />Montour asked if the storage containers would be used by Balta's Towing. <br />Rossow replied that he was seeking the storage containers on a <br />prospective basis and was not sure yet how they would be used. <br />There was no one else from the general public present wishing to <br />comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Montour, seconded by Boss, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -4 -62 — APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT TO ALLOW MAJOR AUTO REPAIR, OVER - THE -ROAD <br />TRUCKING, BODY SHOP, TOWING AND IMPOUND, AND <br />OUTDOOR STORAGE INCLUDING THREE STORAGE <br />CONTAINERS, AND AMENDING Q -3 INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR <br />OUTDOOR STORAGE EXPANSIONAS REQUESTED BY LEE <br />ROSSOW FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3164 RYAN LANE <br />SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS OUTLINED <br />IN THE CITY PLANNER'S REPORT DATED APRIL 5, 2013 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PROPERTY Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the application submitted <br />DIVISION by Patrice Larson for a Property Division and Recombination of property <br />& RECOM- at 107 and 115 Australian Avenue to create one new buildable parcel. It <br />BINATION — was noted that the City Planner and Planning Commission have <br />107 & 115 recommended approval subject to compliance with conditions outlined in <br />AUSTRALIAN the Planner's report. <br />AVENUE — <br />LARSON The City Planner reviewed his report dated April 4, 2013 noting that the <br />applicant is proposing to divide 115 Australian Avenue into three parcels. <br />4 <br />
