MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 28, 2006 <br />permit. Retaining walls over four feet in height as well as some other <br />landscape structures do, however. <br />Eric Netteberg, 636 LaBore Road, noted the discussion at the Planning <br />Commission meeting that both the house and garage at 640 Labore Road <br />should be demolished before the property is combined. The Planner <br />agreed. <br />Blesener asked about the potential to resubdivide this property in the <br />future. Blesener was concerned about the re-establishment of the LaBore <br />Road access for this property. The City Planner reported that any request <br />for subdivide the property would have to be presented to both the Planning <br />Commission and Che City Council. AC that time, the City could require <br />that access for the new lot come from Keller Parkway. <br />There was no one else presenC from Che general public wishing to <br />commenC on this matter. <br />Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Keis, Che public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Netteberg asked that construction of the sports court be limited to Che rear <br />yard of the O'Neil property. It was pointed out that Mrs. O'Neil has <br />indicated on her plans that the sports court would be in the rear yard. The <br />neighbors were encouraged to notify the City if construction begins on the <br />sports court and it is noC being placed in the rear yard. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO.2006-6-747 -APPROVING THE PROPERTY <br />COMBINATION OP 640 LABORS ROAD AND 675 KELLER <br />PARKWAY AS REQUESTED BY PATRICIA O'NEIL S UBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY <br />PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED JUNE 5, 2006, <br />INCLUDING THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE EXISTING HOUSE <br />AND GARAGE AT 640 LAHORE ROAD WILL HAVE TO BE <br />DEMOLISHED BEFORE THE LOTS CAN BE COMBINED, <br />SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS <br />OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION, AND NOTING THAT ANY <br />FUTURE REQUEST TOR THE RESUBDIVISION OF THIS <br />PROPERTY WILL REQUIRE THAT ACCESS FOR THE NEW LOT <br />COME FROM KELLER PARKWAY AND THAT THE LAHORE <br />ROAD ACCESS CANNOT BE RE-ESTABLISHED <br />
