MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 28, 2006 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONDITIONAL Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the request for <br />USE PERMIT - Conditional Use Permit to allow two garages (one attached and one <br />32 MAPLE detached) as well as total garage space of approximately 1,448 square <br />LANE -ZEWERS feet as requested by Kevin Zewers at 32 Maple Lane. Blesener noted that <br />both the City Planner and the Planning Commission have recommended <br />approval with conditions. <br />Blesener noted Che recommendation that the small storage shed on the <br />Zewers property will have to be removed. Zewers stated that although he <br />does not agree with that recommendation, he will comply with it. <br />Blesener asked the location of the Zewers property line in relaCion to his <br />fence. Zewers reported that Che property line is a couple of feet beyond <br />the fence. He noted that the proposed garage will be builC into the bank on <br />the property. Zewers also indicated that the garage will be used for the <br />storage of lawn equipment. Access will be via sidewalk paves. <br />There was no one else present from the general public present wishing to <br />comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Montour, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-6-748 - APPROVING A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT ALLOWING TWO GARAGES (ONE ATTACHED AND <br />ONE DETACHED) AS WELL AS TOTAL GARAGE SPACE OF <br />APPROXIMATELY 1,448 SQUARE FEET FOR 32 MAPLE LANE AS <br />REQUESTED BY KEVIN ZEWERS SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE <br />WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS <br />OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED JUNE S, 2006 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONCEPT Mayor Blesener opened the Public Review of a Concept for the platting <br />PLAT of property located at 3032, 3040, and 3046 LaBore Road into up to <br />
