MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JUNE 28, 2006 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CONDITIONAL Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the request for USE PERMIT - Conditional Use Permit to allow two garages (one attached and one 32 MAPLE detached) as well as total garage space of approximately 1,448 square LANE -ZEWERS feet as requested by Kevin Zewers at 32 Maple Lane. Blesener noted that both the City Planner and the Planning Commission have recommended approval with conditions. Blesener noted Che recommendation that the small storage shed on the Zewers property will have to be removed. Zewers stated that although he does not agree with that recommendation, he will comply with it. Blesener asked the location of the Zewers property line in relaCion to his fence. Zewers reported that Che property line is a couple of feet beyond the fence. He noted that the proposed garage will be builC into the bank on the property. Zewers also indicated that the garage will be used for the storage of lawn equipment. Access will be via sidewalk paves. There was no one else present from the general public present wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Montour, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was closed. Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2006-6-748 - APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ALLOWING TWO GARAGES (ONE ATTACHED AND ONE DETACHED) AS WELL AS TOTAL GARAGE SPACE OF APPROXIMATELY 1,448 SQUARE FEET FOR 32 MAPLE LANE AS REQUESTED BY KEVIN ZEWERS SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED JUNE S, 2006 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis.
