MINUTES CITY COUNCIL MARCH 8, 2006 WINE LICENSE FEE PENDING A REPORT FROM STAFF ON LICENSE FEE STRUCTION OPTIONS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (4) LaValle, Blesener, Allan, Keis. Nays (1). Resolution declared adopted. It was noted that the liquor license holders would be notified when this matter comes back to the Council for consideration. VACATION Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the vacation of OF CERTAIN certain drainage and utility easements within the plat for The Village. DRAINAGE AND UTILITY The City Administrator reported that the easements in question are EASEMENTS - internal easements that existed on the former Guerin and Budget Power THE VILLAGE properties. These easements are no longer needed and will be replaced with easements dedicated as part of the Final Plat for The Village. There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Montour, seconded by Keis, the public hearing was closed. Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2006-3-57 -VACATING CERTAIN DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN THE VILLAGE AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CONSENT Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: AGENDA RESOLUTION NO.2006-3-58 -APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: *APROVING THE VOUCHERS; APPROVING THE HIRING OF PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYEE AS RECOMMENDED BY THE PUBLIC WORKS SUPERINTENDENT;
