MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 8, 2006 <br />WINE LICENSE FEE PENDING A REPORT FROM STAFF ON <br />LICENSE FEE STRUCTION OPTIONS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Blesener, Allan, Keis. <br />Nays (1). Resolution declared adopted. <br />It was noted that the liquor license holders would be notified when this <br />matter comes back to the Council for consideration. <br />VACATION Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the vacation of <br />OF CERTAIN certain drainage and utility easements within the plat for The Village. <br />DRAINAGE <br />AND UTILITY The City Administrator reported that the easements in question are <br />EASEMENTS - internal easements that existed on the former Guerin and Budget Power <br />THE VILLAGE properties. These easements are no longer needed and will be replaced <br /> with easements dedicated as part of the Final Plat for The Village. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Montour, seconded by Keis, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-3-57 -VACATING CERTAIN DRAINAGE <br />AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN THE VILLAGE AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONSENT Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2006-3-58 -APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APROVING THE VOUCHERS; <br />APPROVING THE HIRING OF PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYEE AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY THE PUBLIC WORKS SUPERINTENDENT; <br />
