SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />*FULL SUPPORT* <br />The full support plan for your Philips computer system provides <br />for the following: <br />- Storage and maintenance of your source programs and <br />documentation at the Benchmark office at no additional <br />charge. <br />-Use of our backup equipment will be available to you on <br />an emergency basis at no additional charge. <br />- Unlimited telephone assistance during the month will be <br />available at no additional charge. <br />- Continued access to an analyst to review current or future <br />applications for the purpose of identifying any required <br />modifications is available at current rates less fifteen <br />percent (15%). <br />- Fifteen percent (15%) reduction from current rates for any <br />additional requested programming, customer support, <br />training and /or assistance. <br />- Fifteen percent (15%) reduction on all replacement program <br />decks or program PIOCS. <br />-A "priority 1" status for all requested software support <br />and service. • <br />The cost of the full support maintenance agreement is $1300.00. <br />The charges are annual and payable in advance. <br />This agreement will remain in force until cancelled with ninety <br />(90) days written notice by e_cher party. In the event of term- <br />ination of this agreement, any amount prepaid for any unexpired <br />period of service shall be refunded. This contract will renew <br />itself automatially each year at the then current rates.
