MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 22, 2006 <br />i'EE LaValle stated that he has some ideas about how to address this issue and <br />STUDY will discuss them with City staff. It was the consensus of the Council to <br />withdraw their direction on the fee study. Further discussion of the issue <br />will be scheduled at an upcoming meeting. <br />CALL The City Administrator reported that the results of the Community Survey <br />WORKSHOP have been tabulated, and recommended that a workshop be scheduled so <br />TO that Bill Morris of Decision Resources can present his executive <br />REVIEW summary to Che Council. <br />COMMUNITY <br />SURVEY Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESULTS <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2006-3-77 - SCHEDULING A WORKSHOP <br /> MEETING FOR WEDNESDAY, APRIL 26, 2006, AT 6:00 P.M. TO <br /> RECEIVE THE RESULTS OF THE 2006 COMMUNITY SURVEY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CALL The Council discussed the timing for a workshop to begin its review of the <br />WORKSHOP City's Zoning Ordinance. It was the consensus of the Council that staff <br />TO should schedule the date and time based on a survey of Council members <br />REVIEW as well as the Planning Commission. <br />ZONING <br />ORDINANCE Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-3-78 - SCHEDULING A WORKSHOP <br />MEETING TO REVIEW THE CITY'S ZONING ORDINANCE ON A <br />DATE AND TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY CITY STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />800 MHz The City Administrator submitted an 800 MHz Joint Powers Agreement <br />AGREEMENTS as well as Subscriber's Agreement with Ramsey County for Council <br />approval. The Administrator reviewed his report dated March 17~h which <br />raises some concerns about agreement language. He anticipated that there <br />would be some reticence in modifying the agreements given that the Cities <br />of St. Paul and Maplewood have executed these agreements with the <br />County as drafted. <br />15 <br />
