1 V U I L 0 <br />City Council <br />September 8, 1980 <br />Mayor Hanson stated that he feels the assessment should be deferred. <br />In that way the City can always come back and assess it. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80 -9 -337 - DEFERRING THE ASSESSMENT ON <br />PARCEL #53- 90280- 010 -03 IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,648.12 UNTIL <br />SUCH TIME AS THE 58 FEET OF FRONT FOOTAGE ON PAYNE AVENUE <br />IS SUBDIVIDED FROM THE MAIN PORTION OF THE PROPERTY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Nadeau. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Nadeau, Hanson, DeBace, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 220 and 221. <br />Councilman Fahey stated that he felt the <br />for two 75 foot lots. Fahey stated that <br />each lot. <br />Mr. Nadeau introduced the following resol <br />City should assess Mr. Paisley <br />$6,460.50 should be levied for <br />ution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80 -9 -338 - ASSESSING THE 182 FEET OF PARCEL <br />053- 03700 - 230 -02 IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,921.00 FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. 79 -1 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Nadeau, Fahey, Hanson, DeBace, Scalze. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Page 221. <br />Mr. <br />Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80 -9 -339 - APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. 79 -1 AS PRESENTED <br />WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PARCEL #53- 03700 - 230 -02 AND PARCEL <br />053- 90280- 010 -03 WHICH HAVE BEEN SEPARATELY TREATED, <br />INTEREST: 10 %, INSTALLMENTS: 15 YEARS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded byMrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Nadeau, Hanson, DeBace. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 6, Pages 222 and 223. <br />Mr. Paisley again asked the procedure to follow for a hardship deferment. <br />Councilman Fahey stated that the Council would need a letter or something <br />with more information to act on such a deferment.
