All are within the highway right of way by permit. The necessary adjustment of the <br />manhole ring and cover and costs are the responsibility of the City of Little Canada. <br />These items are identified in yellow on the enclosed sheet. The "Notice and Order" is also <br />enclosed for their necessary adjustment to be made concurrently with the State's highway <br />construction work. <br />With regard to the water gate valve and hydrant work, please do not proceed with that <br />portion of the work until your fully executed Agreement No. 60962 is returned to you. <br />If additional prints or information are needed, please contact me at 296 -8650.
