Project <br />NOTICE AND ORDER <br />You have upon the right of way of that certain highway in Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, described as follows, to wit: Trunk Highway 49 (Rice Street) from Transit <br />Avenue to 1-694 <br />certain manholes <br />and other facilities used in connection therewith. <br />You are notified that the State by itself and its contractors is about to construct said highway. <br />Such construction necessitates adjustment of <br />said facilities. <br />The continued presence of said facilities will materially interfere with said construction. You are, <br />therefore, ordered to <br />adjust <br />said facilities in accordance with this notice <br />our correspondence of <br />May 20, 1982 <br />and all revisions thereto; and to commence such <br />adjustment within two weeks after receipt of written notice from the State's assigned <br />Engineer. <br />All such operations shall be under the direction of the State's assigned Engineer <br />and shall be coordinated with the highway contractor's operations. <br />Failure to comply with this Notice and Order will make you liable for any and all damages <br />which result thereby. <br />Dated <br />May 20, 1982 <br />74 <br />Commissioner of Transportation <br />By i/.'. 19)414gerr <br />Utilities Engineer <br />
