At the time of <br />discussion at our September 23 Council Meeting, there was some <br />question as to the intent of the second half of the above men- <br />tioned letter regarding recreation. The Council requested clar- <br />ification, and Mayor Hanson stated that he would obtain a letter <br />of explanation for the Council. <br />As of this date no letter has been received.
