5. The City assumes no responsibility hereby for any acts of the <br />Department, nor for any injuries or losses to members or to the equip- <br />ment or trucks of the Department; and the Department hereby agrees to <br />keep its men, equipment, and trucks properly covered by insurance at <br />no expense to the City, so as to protect the Department, its members, <br />and any third persona from any loss by reason of negligence or miscon- <br />duct on the part of the Department or its members. <br />6. In addition, the City of Little Canada shall pay to the Little <br />Canada Volunteer Fire Relief Association the sum of TWELVE THOUSAND <br />FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($12,500) , <br />7.
