MINUTES <br />Planning Commission <br />Nov. 3, 1983 <br />Planning Mr. DeLonais recommended that the Planning Commission begin meeting <br />Commission the second Thursday of the month to see if this will improve the <br />Comments situation. <br />(Cont.) <br />Adjourn <br />Motion seconded by Mrs. Timmons. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />Mr. Vitale asked the Commission's feelings for considering a matter <br />when there is no one present to represent it. <br />Mrs. Timmons thought there might be some things that could be acted <br />on when no one is present. Mr. Costa agreed for minor items, but <br />felt someone should be present for major ones. <br />Mr. Vitale informed the commission that some people are being informed <br />that they do not have to attend Planning Commission meetings, but they <br />must attend Council meetings. <br />Mr. Vitale recommended that the City Staff instruct applicants that <br />are on the Planning Commission agendas that they should attend the <br />Planning Commission meeting. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Costa. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />Mr. French recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Mrs. Timmons. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:46 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Kathleen Glanzer <br />Recording Secretary <br />Page —6— <br />
