NUTT'S <br />Tanning <br />Commission <br />Oct. 6, 1983 <br />Armon Plaza <br />Sign <br />jManufactured <br />Homes <br />Mrs. Timmons pointed out that the Planning Commission has asked <br />to receive their information at least 10 days prior to a meeting. <br />Mr. French recommended that the conditional use permit for the <br />sign requested by Mr. Notto not be granted and that the request <br />be passed on to the Council for action due to the lack of information <br />that the Planning Commiss ;.on has and the discrepancies in the <br />Planner's Report and due to the time factor involved for Realty <br />World. <br />Mobile Home <br />Park g <br />Twin Lae Blvd. <br />Property <br />Schrier Y <br />Triangular <br />Property <br />Notion seconded by Mrs. Timmons. <br />Motion carried 8 - 0. <br />Mr. Deliace sugeested that in the meantime that Realty World work <br />with the Planner to get some of the discrepancies cleared up. <br />Mr. French requested that the Planning Commission be given a <br />copy of the sign ordinance. <br />Mr. Grittman reported that there is not a lot to report on Manufactured <br />Homes. The Planner has contacted the State Attorney General and there <br />are no court cases pending on this issue. <br />'!r. Crittman presented the Commission with a lay out for single <br />family housing on the Twin Lake Mvd. property which the City <br />owns. "r. Grittman reported that it is possible to get 13 single <br />family lots on the property. <br />Mrs. Tinrnons stated that she preferred single family homes on the <br />property rather than the extention of the trailer park. <br />'lr. Carl Lien of Land Increment Development appeared before the <br />Commission on the Schrier triangular property. <br />Mr. Lien reported that he is proposing a compromise for the development <br />of this property. Tic is suggesting an -plex two -story townhouse. <br />The property is currently zoned R -2. Mr. Lien reported that he <br />calculates the density allowed as 7.4 units. lender R -3 zoning, <br />12 units would have been allowed. <br />Mr. Lien reported that he has niet with the planner on the proposal <br />and the only recommendation he had was that the site he more densely <br />screened. Mr. lien reported that the site con',ists of about 3 ?,000 <br />squire feet. <br />. i.' v v • <br />
