9. Vehicular access points shall create a minimum of conflict with through <br />traffic movement, shall comply with Section 903.050 of this Ordinance <br />and shall be subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br />10. Adequate off - street loading space shall be provided for semi - trailer <br />truck transports which does not conflict with internal or external site <br />circulation. Compliance with Section 903.060 is required. <br />11. The number of parking stalls shall be determined according to the standards <br />imposed upon retail and service establishments and be in compliance with <br />Section 903.050 of this Ordinance, plus other provisions as may be appli- <br />cable. <br />12. An internal site pedestrian circulation system shall be defined and appro- <br />priate provisions made to protect such areas from encroachments by parked <br />cars or moving vehicles. <br />13 All signing and informational or visual communication devices shall be <br />minimized and shall be in compliance with Section 903.110 of this Ordinance. <br />A signing plan shall be submitted and shall be processed in conjunction <br />with the application for conditional use permit. <br />14. Provisions as determined as necessary by the City Council are made to control <br />and reduce noise. <br />15. No outside storage except as allowed in compliance with Section 911.040.D. <br />of this Ordinance. An enclosed screened area is to be provided for rubbish <br />containers and dumpsters. <br />16. All conditions pertaining to a specific site are subject to change when the <br />Council, upon investigation in relation to a formal request, finds that the <br />general welfare and public betterment can be served as well or better by <br />modifying the conditions. <br />17. The provisions of Section 921.010.C. of this Ordinance are considered and <br />satisfactorily met." <br />Section 3 <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage <br />and publication. <br />Passed by the City Council of the <br />City of Little Canada this day <br />of 1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joseph G.
