MINUTES Planning Commission July 7, 1983 Schrier Proposal (Cont.) Mrs. Timmons recommended approval of the rezoning of the areas outlined on a map submitted by Mr. Schrier from R -3 to R -2: That part of the north 517.44 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 29 North, Range 22 west of the Fourth Principal Meridian lying easterly of the westerly 325.00 feet thereof and lying westerly of the westerly boundary of Round Lake Addition No. 2 according the plat on file in the Office of the County Recorder, Ramsey County, Minnesota and the area to be rezoned from R -1 to R -2: That part of the west 164.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter lying northerly of a line described as beginning at a point in the west line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter distant 1073.00 feet north of the Southwest Corner thereof; thence southeasterly to a point in the east line of said west 164.00 feet distant 1003 feet north of the south line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter. Together with the east 161.00 feet of the west 325.00 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, all in Section 6, Township 29 North, Range 22 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian. Motion seconded by Mr. French. Motion carried 7 - O. Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of a conditional use permit for town- houses and quads within an R -2 District. Motion seconded by Mr. Ducharme. Motion carried 7 - 0. Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of a conditional use permit for cluster housing within an R -2 and R -3 District. Motion seconded by Mr. French. Motion carried 7 - 0. Mrs. Timmons stated that she would like to see some discussion by the Council regarding landscaping between the apartments and the Frattalone single family lots. P
