Fahey informed the Council that the City has received a letter <br />from the Carlsbad Company which states that the owners of the Five <br />Star Mobile Home Park are interested in purchasing the City's <br />property on Twin Lake Blvd. for the expansion of their trailer park. <br />Mrs. Scalze pointed out that the property is zoned single family <br />residential. <br />'ir. Fahey suggested that the City call a hearing for the rezoning of <br />the property. Air. Fahey did not feel anyone would want to develop <br />this property as single family residential. <br />Mr. Fahey suggested chat at the next Council meeting when the full <br />Council is present the City should consider the matter. <br />r. Sweeney suggested that the owners be contacted to determine <br />their intentions for the property. <br />' +r. Fahey suggested that the Carlsbad Company be informed of the <br />City's current code requirements for a trailer park. <br />Vr. Far( ni. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Nardini, Scalze, Forsberg. <br />Mayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 9, Page 297. <br />Plr. Sweeney inquired if the City's walking trails, exclude vehicular <br />traffic. The Clerk replied that the trails are not posted as such. <br />?tr. rorshert; did not feel that the City should restrict a few bikes <br />from the trails.
