(I) Any employee who is laid off or who leaves the municipal service in <br />good standing after giving two weeks notice of such termination of employment, <br />shall be compensated for vacation leave accrued and unused prior to the date <br />of lay off or termination. Any employee who is dismissed during a <br />probationary period or for just cause shall not be entitled to any vacation <br />credit. <br />(J) Vacation leave shall not be granted in less than one —half day <br />increments. <br />209.120. Sick Leave. <br />(A) Full time employees shall accrue sick leave benefits at the rate of <br />one and one —half working day for each calendar month of employment or major <br />fraction thereof. No sick leave or vacation benefits will be <br />earned while receiving compensation payments for time exceeding six (6) <br />months. <br />(E) In order to be eligible for sick leave with pay, an employee must: <br />1.
