The Planner <br />replied that this was correct. Mr. LeMay asked who will police this. <br />The Planner replied that the Building Inspector will police it. <br />The Planner stated that most rental units have some sort of storage <br />space. When they do not, storage• tends to occur in garages, and <br />then there is no room for parking cars in the garage. <br />Mr. Wowe suggested that the garages could be made bigger. Mowe <br />stated that he did not like to see outdoor storage. <br />Mr. Vitale asked if temporary storage sheds could be set up at the <br />site. Mr. Howe replied that he would not wart to see these sheds <br />erected. <br />Vr. Vitale asked the size of the garage stall planned. Mr. Howe <br />replied that the stall would be 10 feet by 20 feeE'. <br />Mrs. Timmons asked if Mr. Howe was opposed to the requirement of <br />additional storage space for each unit. Mr. 'Towe replied that he <br />never had a problem with storage in the past. <br />The Planner stated that the units as pronosed do not have storage <br />space within them. <br />Mrs. Timmons moved a recommendation to the City Council for approval <br />of the replat of the property into five lots and anoroval of the <br />;ranting of a two inch var'ance for Lot i subject to the recommendations <br />of the City °lanner as contained in his report. <br />Motion seconded by '4r. The Planner reolied that his <br />recommendation holds for this driveway as well as there should he <br />room for cars ro nass each other coning and going. <br />"rs. Timmons stated that the driveway should be at least 20 feet <br />wide.
